Case Study - Project Focus

Bringing design to life: Bespoke joinery collaboration

In collaboration with our trade partner, K2 Space, we played a key role in delivering the fit-out for this former 1930s bank building. The project focused on preserving the building's rich history while seamlessly integrating modern elements, creating a bold and imaginative connection between the past and present.

K2 Space brought a strong design vision to the table, and our role was to interpret and execute that vision through thoughtful craftsmanship and material detailing.

Teller box unit and doors

The teller box unit and doors, expertly crafted by our team, were key in transforming the reception area. Finished in stained oak, the teller unit and the doors leading to the boardroom enhance both the space's functionality and aesthetic.

Bespoke boardroom table

Echoing the teller unit, the meeting table features a stained oak finish for design continuity. It serves as a collaborative centrepiece for an elegant executive office.

The vault

The bank vault is one of the project's standout elements. In the vault area, handcrafted safety deposit boxes finished in pressed aluminium were designed to authentically replicate real units.

Clarke Rendall played a vital role in bringing our vision to life. Their ability to interpret complex design details and deliver high-quality finishes throughout the building was integral to the project’s success. Their collaborative approach and commitment to craftsmanship made them an invaluable partner from start to finish.”

Chris Alldred, Design Director, K2 Space

K2 Space brought clear design intent and creative direction, combining concept with practical execution. Our close collaboration resulted in tailored solutions that delivered on both form and function.
