What we're doing at Clarke Rendall
during the Corona Virus outbreak
Following the Prime Minister's statement on Monday 23rd March, Clarke Rendall will be suspending production of all products with immediate effect.
In the interest of staff welfare and in support of the NHS, our factory will be closed from Tuesday 24th March for an Initial 3 week period taking us up to Tuesday 14th April to help curb the spread of COVID-19.
Obviously this throws up questions for many of our customers, and we hope to answer the most pressing here...
Q. What will happen to my pre planned delivery and installation this week?
A. All previously arranged deliveries and installations due this week will be postponed. Our sales support team will contact you by email to reschedule a new preliminary date for your delivery.
Q. What will happen to my order that was mid production?
A. All Orders currently in production will be suspended for an initial period of 3 weeks. Production will resume at the end of the suspension period and you will be advised of a new delivery date by email.
Q. What shall I do with the new enquiry I have for my new project?
A. Our Sales team will be remote working during this period. Please forward your enquiry to or contact your usual account manager for advice.
Q. What will happen to the order that I have just placed with you and what will happen if I place an order during the suspension period?
A. All new orders received on or after Monday 23rd March will be held on our system and processed by way of an emailed order acknowledgement at the end of the suspension period.
Our dedicated team will monitor the situation closely and will update our website and social media pages with developments over the coming weeks. We appreciate your understanding and apologise for any inconvenience caused during these extraordinary times, but the wellbeing of our colleagues, customers and suppliers is our absolute priority.
